Defective CDs or DVDs:
Defective or faulty CDs or DVDs must be returned within 14 business days of the date you received the item. Once the defective item is received by us, a replacement will be issued and you will receive a refund for the your return shipping (first class mail). Your refund will be issued in the same form that payment was received. (You will receive a credit on the credit card with which you originally paid for the item. If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a refund through PayPal.)
Opened CDs and DVDs:
We are sorry, but we are unable to offer a refund or replacement for CDs and DVDs which have been opened.
